Job Description
The Entry-Level Assembler will assist with assembling and inspecting cable assemblies, wire products, and electromechanical components according to work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities include using rulers and measuring tools to measure and verify wire and cable lengths, preparing materials, assembling components, and performing basic visual inspections and testing. This position requires careful attention to measurements, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions. Training will be provided on assembly processes and equipment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Experience using a ruler or tape measure is required, including the ability to read fractional measurements accurately and measure materials to specified lengths. Measuring experience may come from manufacturing, construction, woodworking, school projects, or similar hands-on activities. Candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish wire colors and follow written and verbal work instructions. Previous cable assembly experience is helpful but not required.
