The Machine Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production, packaging, material handling, and general floor operations. Responsibilities may include operating or assisting with production equipment, preparing materials and mixes, moving product throughout the facility, completing line closures, packaging finished goods, and performing other production support duties as needed. The role requires frequent movement throughout the shift and the ability to work efficiently while meeting production and packaging demands. Fork truck experience is strongly preferred, although candidates who are willing and able to learn quickly may also be considered.
Requirements
Candidates must have moderate proficiency in spoken and written English in order to understand work instructions and communicate effectively on the production floor. This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk approximately 2–10 miles during a shift, lift and carry up to 55 lbs. regularly, and perform repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, sitting, standing, and lifting. Candidates should have good stamina, vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to move quickly and safely without physical limitations that would prevent them from performing the essential duties of the position.
