Local Manufacturer of electronics products and is seeking an experienced Electronic & Software Engineer for the growing Engineering department. We are looking for an eager and motivated individual for a great opportunity to learn and grow long term!

In this position you will be responsible for designing, developing, and introducing new electronic products and sub assemblies.

• Develop manufacturable designs including embedded software and qualification strategies to exhibit design meets customer requirements
• Develop assembly processes and instructions using LEAN principles
• Develop test and test fixtures to program, calibrate and test products in low volume production
• Manage project planning and schedules within ISO9001 system to bring on time deliverables to the market
• Analyze, prepare and maintain product documentation (data sheets, instruction manuals, design assembly and test documentation)
• Train internal staff as needed
