5S – Keep molding room clean throughout the shift. Clean assigned areas at assigned time
• Kaizen – Suggest and make your job, process, and work area more efficient (i.e., eliminating part scatter, etc.)
• Complete daily machine checks and maintenance
• Check material bins throughout the shift and add to bin when required achieving 0 downtime related machines running out of material
• Grinder checks and empty bins throughout the shift to achieving 0 grinders’ pans

Requirements

This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing, sitting, or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day. Lifting up to 55 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to perform work that is below the knees and above the shoulders on a frequent basis. This position also requires a person to be capable of performing sustained motion for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and capable of repetitive motion for up to four (4) hours. Good vision at close distance is required.
