  • Ensure safe and legal products with the desired quality characteristics in accordance with GMP’s and HACCP, following the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
  • Handle all products with care in the appropriate manner in order to minimize loss in the quality or appearance of the finished product.

Requirements

  1. High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  2. Reading, written and mathematical skills.
  3. Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
  4. Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, talk, hear, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
  5. Ability frequently moves objects up to 50 pounds.
  6. Ability to operate a pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
  7. Ability to work well with the Tortilla Line team.
  8. Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction.
