The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the extrusion department. In this department the raw materials are mixed, extruded, and lacquered into boards. This hands-on position will provide supervision to the team and oversee the operation of all automated production lines within the extrusion department. The Production Supervisor will lead and train the team to ensure consistent production quality.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Experience in an extrusion environment or plastics processing industry a plus.
  4. Excellent mechanical/machine set-up, repair, and trouble-shooting knowledge.
  5. Experience in an environment that promotes safety.
  6. Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  7. Computer skills including Microsoft products.
  8. Forklift experience or willingness to be forklift certified.
  9. Effective communication skills.
  10. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
