Set Up Operator/BT Specialist

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 5 years’ experience working with specialized manufacturing equipment in a related field.
• Manual dexterity required for machine setup, adjustment, and operation.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry, and statistics, including their applications.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing efficiency.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software for email, word processing, and presentations.
• The ability to stand for long periods up to eight or more hours at a time.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language. The meaning and spelling of words as well as the rules of composition and grammar.
• Needs the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. This includes the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
• Availability to work overtime as required. (including weekends)
