Machinist/MFG Engineer needed. Swiss type CNC Screw Machine programmer/setup person. Must have EXTENSIVE PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE (We use a simple software called “SUCH”). We manufacture SMALL precision parts. Experience in machine shop practices is required. Must have at least three years’ experience.
· Program, Setup and operate Swiss type CNC machines
· Basic understanding and interpretation of blueprints/customer drawings/sketches
· Calculate dimensions/tolerances using knowledge in mathematics and corresponding measuring tools
· Monitoring machine progress, changing cutting tools and making offsets
· Inspect precision work
· Basic preventative machine maintenance.
· Work and communicate well with management and co-workers
· Must have great attention to detail
· Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
