We are actively looking for Maintenance Mechanics to work on either a first or 2nd shift in the Franklin/Milford area.
Candidates must have some experience reading blueprints and schematics.
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures injection molded plastics as well as other industrial manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed to maintain machinery and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee emergency repairs and ensure minimal downtime in production operations.
