Job Description: The Precision TIG Welder/Grinder will perform high-quality TIG welding on precision metal components while following blueprints, work instructions, and established welding procedures. This position will prepare materials, complete welds to specification, inspect finished work, and perform grinding or finishing as needed. This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
Requirements: Candidates must have previous TIG welding experience and be able to consistently produce clean, accurate welds. Experience reading blueprints, using measuring tools, preparing metal surfaces, and working with precision components is preferred. Grinding experience is helpful but not required, as candidates with strong TIG welding abilities can be trained on the finishing responsibilities.
