  • Interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, bill of materials and other written procedures to accurately assemble product with minimum supervision.
  • Assembling, set-up, complex electronic and mechanical assemblies
  • Solder and crimp, route and label cables.
  • Accurately completes process paperwork and entering data
  • Perform electrical tests using ohm meter and cable tester.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock 
  • Assist in packaging completed systems for shipping

 

Requirements

  • Technical school or job experience
  • 3 years of experience working with complex electro-mechanical assemblies
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a production assembly 
  •  Work with a variety of different types of hardware (machined parts, fabricated parts, connectors, wire and cables.
  • Ability to use hand or power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Knowledge of various crimp tools and cable assembly techniques
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
