Job Description:
The Shipping Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations and coordinating workflow to ensure all customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position assigns tasks to Shipping Clerks, monitors team performance, resolves shipping discrepancies, trains new employees on processes and systems, communicates with inventory and customer service teams, and assists with hands-on shipping duties as needed. Responsibilities also include unloading containers, organizing products onto pallets, operating a hand pallet jack, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting the team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least two years of warehouse or shipping experience, along with previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills are required. Applicants should have basic computer and data-entry skills, familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems, and the physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds, remain on their feet for an eight-hour shift, and regularly bend, twist, squat, climb, and move products. Candidates must be comfortable unloading large containers and available to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional overtime as needed. Forklift experience is preferred.
