Micro Tech has a part time opportunity for a
Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager
.
Prepare and send out invoices, paper and electronic
Resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and generate checks and wire transfers for payments to vendors and suppliers
Receive checks and electronic deposits and reconcile them
Order supplies for the office and general operations
Coordinate with vendors
Reconcile various statements, including credit card and bank statements, and coordinate with the outside CPA firm
Other general bookkeeping and office-related tasks
Assist with adding new employees to the payroll system
Prepare and send out purchase orders to vendors
Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Prior bookkeeping experience required
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
ERP experience required
Microsoft Suite Applications experience a must
Ability to multitask several projects throughout the day
Excellent verbal and written communication
