Micro Tech has a part time opportunity for a Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager

  • Prepare and send out invoices, paper and electronic
  • Resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and generate checks and wire transfers for payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Receive checks and electronic deposits and reconcile them
  • Order supplies for the office and general operations
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Reconcile various statements, including credit card and bank statements,  and coordinate with the outside CPA firm
  • Other general bookkeeping and office-related tasks
  • Assist with adding new employees to the payroll system
  • Prepare and send out purchase orders to vendors

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior bookkeeping experience required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • ERP experience required
  • Microsoft Suite Applications experience a must
  • Ability to multitask several projects throughout the day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
