  • Participate in the production and assembly of molded parts, following detailed work instructions.
  • Operate molding and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Trim, clean, mark, or identify parts according to specifications.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections and record results accurately.
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Cross-train in multiple roles to support team needs and maintain production flow.

Requirements

 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Comfortable following written and verbal instructions, routings, and production worksheets.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks on small to medium parts.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production records, labor cards, and related documentation.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including labeling, packing, and material handling.
  • Strong commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
