Customer Service Coordinator will provide world-class customer service to all  clients. He or she will be responsible for working with various team members on various product and services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
respond to inbound calls and client inquiries regarding orders
Work with team members to execute various projects to keep up with client needs
Data entry & filing
Follow up with outside vendors on orders and maintain order status
Escalate and inform management of client issues



Requirements

High School diploma with some college or industry related experience preferred.
1 yr customer service or office experience preferred.
Effective written and verbal communicator.
