We are seeking a motivated R&D Assembly Technician for a first shift, full time position working Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM-4:30PM. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual looking to grow within a vastly expanding start up company! 

  • Primary responsibility is to build complex assemblies using blueprints/drawings per outlined in customer specifications
  • Ability to work from and interpret, blue prints, sketches and bend, direct, route tubing as needed for product assemblies
  • Use hand and power tools as needed to complete complex assemblies using customer product requirements

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years’ proven working experience  
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and wire colors (candidates should be able to decipher, green, red, blue, wires as required by customer drawings)
  • Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings/schematics
  • Ability to use measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, Vernier's)
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficiency and ability using hand and power tools (drills, belt sanders, etc.)
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed
  • Basic computer skills
