We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Assembler with strong leadership abilities to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for not only assembling products but also leading and coordinating a team of assemblers to ensure production goals are met efficiently and accurately. The Lead Assembler will also work closely with the shipping department to ensure daily deliveries are on schedule, while prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
