Supervise Production Operations--2nd shift

Meet production schedule and quality requirement.

Training employees.

Monitor all resources (personnel and equipment) to meet production schedule and quality requirements.

Understand customer demand and internal goals and utilize appropriate production schedules to achieve required performance.

Ensure proper training in quality standards, procedures, and methods.

Understand all startup and shutdown procedures.

Understand operation of all equipment in the department.

Ensure that documentation of procedures remains current.

Diagnose equipment or process problems.

Understand clean up procedures.
