A Growing Manufacturing Company is seeking Mechanical Assemblers with mechanical aptitude to learn how to operate production machinery with training. This position is full time on first shift 6:00am-2:30pm.  

  • Entry Level candidate with some exposure or experience with manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and assemble products per specifications 
  • Other duties to include kitting, packing, picking and quality checks
  • Able to use hand tools such as wire strippers, wire crimpers, amp guns, soldering irons, heat guns
  • General knowledge of tools such as tape gun, glue gun, and general hand tools
  • Working knowledge of Epoxies, glues and resins
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 90000
  • Other duties as assigned by management 

Requirements

Requirements:

    • Technical High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
    • 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
    • Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to read tape measure
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Willingness to get involved with continuous improvement initiatives
    • Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision on a daily basis
    • Able to read write and speak English
    • Must be able to perform basic match
    • Working well with hand tools in a manufacturing environment
