Direct hire $140-$160K plus bonus
Summary of primary duties and responsibilities:
Lead and actively participate in hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC, screw machines, manual equipment, assembly systems, and facility infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership in electrical systems, including motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial control panels.
Plan, schedule, and manage the preventive maintenance program and CMMS/work order system.
Diagnose recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee building and utility systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, wastewater treatment, and electrical distribution.
Direct and train maintenance and facilities personnel; communicate priorities and expectations.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and capital or automation-related upgrades.
Enforce safety, environmental, and security regulations; provide on-call support as required.
Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives; act as backup for wastewater treatment operations.
