We have immediate needs for 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanics.

The Maintenance Mechanic  is  responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers
Hours MAY include either a Friday 11:30pm to Saturday 8am OR Saturday Night 11:30pm to Sunday at 8am.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead  a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed to maintain machinery and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee emergency repairs and ensure minimal downtime in production operations
