Certification a plus or expired they will re-certify if need be.  
We will need up a POST - SMT soldering folks, they need to be J-standard certified for Soldering a plus and IPC certified for manufacturing , they must be able to do light assembly work, the main focus will be soldering using soldering stations, Metal soldering stations. Looking for someone with good experience doing soldering. Hand soldering, touch up and thru hole.  Has extensive hand soldering skills, specifically wire/through hole soldering
