Local Manufacturer of electronics products and is seeking a full time Assembly Supervisor. We are looking for an eager and motivated individual for a great opportunity to learn and grow long term! This is a second shift opportunity working Monday through Friday; paying $35+/HR. depending on experience.

Responsible for: Hiring, training, planning, organizing and coordinating all the work assigned to Assembly and Sub-assembly units. Will be working from schedules, customer orders, drawings, route sheets and verbal instructions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in supervisory role in manufacturing environment
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, use hand tools and measuring devices, small presses, and other light machinery
  • Computer skills (ERP required)
  • Must be able to lift 30 LBS.
  • High school Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident for ITAR compliance
