  • Run assembled robotic units through a series of software-driven diagnostic tests to ensure full functionality.
  • Interpret pass/fail test results and use system feedback to pinpoint and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or software-related failures.
  • Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering drawings, and blueprints to perform precise repairs and adjustments.
  • Set up and operate test fixtures, DAQ systems, and diagnostic software interfaces.
  • Perform PCBA inspections, rework, and electronic modifications as needed.
  • Document test results, repairs, and discrepancies clearly and accurately.
  • Support process improvements and collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, or electro-mechanical assembly/testing.
  • Background in electronics diagnostics, repair, or quality testing.
  • Familiarity with hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME).
  • Experience with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environments.
