Assembly Technician 1 reports directly to the production/shipping supervisor and is responsible for

• following all applicable processes and procedures during the entire order process.
• Identify & escalate all issues impacting customer orders and work with the responsible parties until a resolution is implemented and the order ships.
• Perform system configuration, complex electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, and kitting functions on customer orders.
• Must have outstanding manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work OT as required to meet production targets.
