Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for accurate receipt of incoming materials and supplies. This position also ensures all incoming transactions are promptly entered into the ERP System (SAP) in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring the warehouse has proper workflow to meet the demand. This is a Medical Device manufacturing site compliant with 21 CFR/ISO 13485 regulations

Requirements

  • Ensures safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies to minimize safety risk.  By reporting any safety incidents, hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly to management
  • Complete all assigned QMS training and keep up to date before performing a task.
  • Operate systems and office equipment such as computers, software and printers as trained and specified
  • Operate warehouse equipment specifically standup forklifts and extended reach truck is required 
  • Receive, inspect, and verify the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
