This role includes checking returned items, sorting them, and deciding if they should be restocked or refused based on company policies. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check returned kitchen appliance parts for damage or incorrect shipments.
- Re-box and label approved returns for restocking.
- Follow company rules to accept or refuse returns and keep records.
- Update inventory using company systems, including Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP).
- Work with customer service and other teams to resolve return issues.
- Keep accurate records of returns using Excel and company databases.
- Help improve return processes by noticing trends and reporting issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
