Must be capable of performing manual work related to the care, maintenance, and construction of the EPIC Buildings, and surrounding grounds. Works under the general direction of the Facilities Supervisor and Lead, following established department general and special orders, policies and procedures. Cleaning of Plant – Equipment. Trash Removal. Lawn cutting and landscaping, snow blowing/shoveling. Snow removal and treatment on walks, stairs and buildings grounds. Sweeping, moping, changing light bulbs, changing garbage liners, painting. Odd jobs and repairs throughout the plant. Will assist with getting the building ready for GMP Audits. Assure compliance with building, health, and safety codes. Works productively without direct supervision. Responsible for Compliance with all Epic GMPs & Safety Policies.
