  • Assemble, align, and adjust parts and components according to specifications.
  • Keep work area safe, clean, and organized while following safety procedures.
  • Read and interpret instructions, bills of materials, and assembly documents.
  • Test, calibrate, and inspect products to confirm accuracy and quality.
  • Repair or refit parts that do not meet tolerance levels.
  • Record and report non-conformities.
  • Package and prepare products as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and adapt to different assignments.
  • Support production goals by performing other duties and occasional overtime.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–1 year of assembly or related experience (training provided).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to recognize and install various components; blueprint reading a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 65 lbs).
  • Stand for long periods; bend, reach, and move around the facility.
