This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment.   • Proven experience (5+ years) in welding and fabrication, with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Extensive knowledge of working with stainless steel, steel, sheet metal, and aluminum.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fabrication or welding environment.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to operate and maintain welding and fabrication machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a welding/fabrication environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
