Our client seeks a qualified Inspector to perform incoming, in process and final inspection of both the machined parts as well as the electro/mechanical assemblies.

Hours are M-F and 7am am to 4pm.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for daily Quality Operations activities for first article, in process, and final inspection of mechanical/machined parts as well as electro mechanical parts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Incoming Inspection of Purchased Mechanical (Parts / Assemblies) and Electro-Mechanical (Cables / PCBs) to meet print requirements.
Inspect products, components, subassemblies, and/or systems to ensure conformance to requirements.
Add organizational value by implementing innovative solutions and best practices involved in all processes of the product realization value stream.
Support Quality Engineers with identifying nonconforming conditions that present existing or impending defective conditions at the system or subsystem level of assembly.
Oversee the preparation of inspection plans and checklists for inspections.
Aid with data collection and root cause analysis investigations.
Specialize in receiving inspection, in-process inspection, process verification/auditing, final inspection, etc.
