Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls from customers, contractors, and business partners; route calls and provide accurate information in a friendly and helpful manner.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain the front office area. Assist with planning luncheons and company events etc.
Marketing Support:
Assist with marketing tasks, such as preparing materials, managing contact lists, tracking sales related supplies such as product literature, and supporting outreach initiatives.
Assist Warranty and Sales Administration:
Contacting customers, supply house, installers etc. for additional information.
Accounts Payable/Receivables –
Assist with invoicing, double checks etc.
Special Projects:
Participate in and support assigned projects as needed by the management team.
Team Support:
Provide general administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient operation. Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
3+ Years of office administrative and customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivables is a plus!
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
Able to type 50+ words per minute
