The Receiving Clerk position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. It encompasses many different types of material coming into the plant thru multiple vendors and transportation companies. This position is the master scheduler of deliveries, the first line of quality control, demands detailed / accurate paperwork skills. The ability to deal with internal and external customers, attend and contribute to planning meetings, give other employees direction as needed to execute the materials plan. The Receiving Clerk is the “Owner” of all materials coming into the plant.
