Ability to organize and present data using company / engineer provided templates. We have elevated this role from Tech II and added some data compiling and stronger need to be skilled handling materials that are very sensitive to handling. The inspection needs will vary through the month with this individual where some weeks they will perform in-process inspections, other weeks final inspections and yet other times assisting engineers compiling data or performing some light material prep activities.  With regular guidance, operate Shaping equipment such as Polishing, automatic &/or manual indexing head coring, Scribing, Dicing, sawing, grinding, chamfering machines. Providing setups and operations of up to three machines simultaneously, while working with various sized and thickness optical filter plates. Performs in process and final spectral & Metrology (Interferometry) & environmental testing using several different possible instruments.
