CNC Machinist 
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC machines in a high-volume production setting. This role requires precision machining of small metal components, strict adherence to specifications, and a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision part production.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure tight tolerances and accuracy.

  • Troubleshoot machining issues to reduce downtime.

  • Collaborate on process improvements and production efficiency.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a high-volume metal manufacturing environment, with a focus on small part production.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, materials (primarily metals), and tooling used for precision parts.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs.
  • Skilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and complex part geometries.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
