Develops and updates written procedures in operating production equipment and performing processing steps; accurately completes appropriate production documentation. Identifies, escalates and documents events that deviate from the normal operation; performs root cause analysis as needed. Ability to train others in multiple production areas. Performs complex equipment maintenance and upkeep Works with process engineers to improve process(es). Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area, equipment and areas where substrates and chemicals are prepared or stored. Records and analyzes trends of yields, efficiencies and all other data. Ensures that training is current and documented. Detects and reports improper operation and/or faulty equipment, defective materials. Ability to read and follow procedures as outlined in the individual process group. Ability to document results and maintain appropriate paperwork. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and/or equivalent to High School Math. Ability to perform basic Manufacturing/Quality measurement techniques and tools
