  • This position will be responsible for all Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse functions for the business. The work entails the physical movement and transaction (into a MRP system) of all material coming into or leaving the building.
  • Shipping requirements include the packaging of finished product, arranging carrier pick-ups, and completing all transactions in UPS FedEx systems.
  • The ideal candidate is able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment, has a strong willingness to learn and enjoys a team environment.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in material control
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of UPS and FedEx procedures
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and to stand and walk continuously throughout an eight (8) hour shift
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to operate materials handling equipment including a forklift
