Responsibilities:
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Assist the operations team with process and equipment troubleshooting
- Works with all levels of the organization to identify and implement process improvements, find process interactions and dependencies.
- Optimize manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, facility layouts, and production lines.
- Support all safety and regulatory initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical) BS
- AutoCAD Experience preferred.
- 4-5 years managing projects.
- 4-5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
- Engineering packaging experience preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
