We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician with experience in aerospace to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting testing and troubleshooting on various aerospace components, systems, and subsystems. The Test Technician will work closely with the engineering team and other technicians to ensure testing is performed accurately and efficiently.  This is a direct hire position paying up to $35 an hour depending on experience.


  • Perform functional and acceptance testing of aerospace components, systems, and subsystems according to established test procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing, utilizing technical knowledge and experience to determine root cause and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of test results and create comprehensive test reports for review by the engineering team.
  • Participate in test planning and provide input on test set up and equipment requirements.
  • Maintain test equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing aerospace components, systems, and subsystems.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards and specifications, such as MIL-STD, DO-160, and RTCA/DO-178.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
