Job Details:(60%) Labor Management: time study data sampling, development, labor standards, process and flow analysis, maintain production reporting applications, work with other departments on reporting and data (warehouse management and control systems). (30%) Process Improvements: Drafts Standard Operating Procedures, creates templates for operations, etc. Studies and implements improvements of personnel, material, and equipment. Apply statistics and calculations.(10%) Draft/Design layouts of equipment flow, materials, and workspace - ergonomics using CAD.
