Person will support the Customer Support team with functional responsibilities such as providing guidance, assistance, and leadership, training and to fully resolve customer issues.

Person should have extensive project management experience with the ability to roll out and promote new practices.

Will be expected to have a clear understanding of retail businesses, lead times, introduction of new products to the market and must have experience working with a diverse group of retailers.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 4 years of customer service supervisory experience preferred
    • Effective leadership and training skills
    • Ability to meet specific deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Products and ERP systems. SAP required.
