Our client (conveniently located) is looking for an Helpdesk/Desktop Support Engineer who will be an integral part of supporting the C Level Executives in the organization.

Role you will play:

  • You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and technical support.
  • Support and assist the Desktop Engineering Manager with the maintenance of desktop related applications.
  • Handle the configuration of desktop system deployments, imaging, asset management and security of desktop environment.  Configure mobile devices, printers, headsets and card scanners.

Requirements

Background Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience with IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support responsibilities with advanced troubleshooting skills and previous experience working within a professional office environment
  • Previous experience supporting C Level Executives
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Technical experience: Microsoft (Windows 7, 10), Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Group Policy, configuration of mobile devices/printers/headsets/etc.
