Job Description

  • Involved in full life cycle recruiting, including candidate discovery, candidate screening, assessment, interview schedules, follow up, negotiation and finalization of requisition orders.
  • Provide professional recruiting for technical fields focusing on both contract and direct hire opportunities.
  • Identify candidates from internet sourcing (Monster, LinkedIn, Dice, and CareerBuilder) internal databases, networking and referrals.
  • Networking with Statewide Career Centers, Schools and Universities for utilizing their facilities for Job Fairs.
  • Provide preliminary interviews with candidates via phone, in person, or through video to verify and confirm the candidate’s information.
  • Negotiate terms and rates for each project, coordinate the interview process, scheduled drug screens, background checks, extend offers, and close candidates.
  • Conduct interview prep before interview as well as a debrief after the interview takes place.
  • Provide clients with resumes of candidates that fit the profile needed for one to secure employment and be successful.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current contract employees and client representatives.
  • Assist Business Development Representatives in the penetration and maintenance of targeted accounts and territories, by providing leads and interacting with clients in representatives absence, regarding various needs such as job requisitions, billing, and evaluation of contractor.

As a Technology Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and selling a unique

  • Identify, develop and advance opportunities through the sales cycle, via direct prospecting, networking, partner alliances, and constant inbound leads
  • Develop and manage strong partner relationships with key individuals and top decision makers at the client or partner organization
  • Fulfill clients’ staffing needs through requirement qualification and working directly with the technical recruiting teams to provide talent resources to the customer
  • Maintain high volume of face to face meeting activity with existing account prospects
  • Understand the strengths, functionality, positioning, and competition and adapt that understanding to our client’s specific objectives
  • You should have ability to gain strong understanding of client’s goals, challenges, industry, project plans to perform consultative selling and provide staffing solutions
  • You should be competent in all aspects of sales process, prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results

Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and directing successful operations within a branch/territory, with significant emphasis on the training and developing of account executives and technical recruiters.
  • In addition, the Manager performs sales, business development and client service activities to existing and prospective clients, as well as developing and maintaining brand awareness through the use of advertising & networking.
  • The role consist of sales and operational responsibilities which include recruiting, training, managing, and retaining of the best talent in the market, growth of the overall revenue of the branch and reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Responsible for conducting regular branch meetings to ensure branch and individuals are adhering to key performance indicators that directly impact the revenue and forecasts of the branch, while identifying opportunities for further penetration of territory with the overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients.

Micro Tech is hiring Recruiting Interns for Spring/Summer Internships! Our Recruiters (also
known as Staffing Professionals) are the key to success for placing candidates. This is
an opportunity to gain lifelong skills in resume writing, resume critiquing, and interviewing. This
position will work with Staffing Managers and Consultants to understand the industry and
desired skill sets of candidates. You will learn skills in sourcing and screening to successfully
match candidates with our client’s job openings. Interns will work to identify new ways to find
quality candidates through a variety of channels, including social media. Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.


  • Develop creative sourcing techniques to find perspective candidates.
  • Utilize social media for leads.
