Primary duty is to set-up, verify, and operate 3 and 4 axis CNC mills to machine complex aerospace, medical and electronic parts to customer requirements & scheduling. Verification of CNC programs. Set-up and operation of 3 and 4 axis vertical and horizontal milling machines, including calibration of cutting tools, setting of work offsets for single and multiple part production. When required, operation of manual mills and lathes. Completion of all applicable paperwork (ISO 9001:2015 standards).Dimensional and visual inspections for first piece and in-process manufacturing.
